Dermal Collagen Wound Dressing

Collagen is a major component of the skin, and as we age, collagen is lost, causing the skin to lose elasticity and radiance, and even aging phenomena such as pigmentation. As a result, collagen has been widely developed into Skincare product formulations. Skincare products containing collagen have a high affinity for the skin and possess biological activities such as moisturizing, softening, anti-oxidation and UV protection. Hydrolyzed collagen and recombinant collagen are commonly used in cosmetic formulations. Compared with natural collagen, hydrolyzed collagen and recombinant collagen have small molecular weights and excellent solubility, moisture-binding and easy penetration into the dermis in neutral conditions.

Scope of application: The collagen Face Mask forms a protective coating on the wound surface that acts as a physical barrier and provides the micro-environment necessary for wound healing. This product is intended for the treatment of non-chronic wounds (e.g., superficial wounds, surgical suture wounds, mechanical wounds, minor wounds, abrasions, cuts and lacerations, puncture wounds, first degree or superficial second-degree burns, wounds after laser/photon/AHA irritation for skin peeling/micro plastic surgery) and surrounding skin. Therefore, it plays a role in injury-repairing, allergy recovery, soothing, revitalizing and hydrating skin.

Usage: Wash the skin of the affected area and apply this product to the affected area; patients in mild situation once a day for 30 minutes each time, continuous application for 1 week; then once every two days, four weeks as a course of treatment or follow the doctor's advice.
